The breaded partridge breasts are one of those very simple recipes to prepare and that give us a very good fix. Either to eat hot, freshly made and thus enjoy its crunchy breading, or to eat cold, where the breading is no longer so crunchy, but they are just as delicious.

The meat of the partridge breasts is a reddish, juicy meat, with hardly any calories and that provides us with a number of essential nutrients for our body.

Recipe for the whole family, including the little ones, who will gladly eat these partridge breasts.

Ingredients

To prepare the recipe for breaded partridge breasts we will need the following ingredients:

500 gr of partridge breasts
Salt
Ground pepper
garlic powder
1 lemon
Eggs and breadcrumbs for breading
Extra virgin olive oil for frying

Recipe preparation

Defrost the partridge breasts.
We remove edges of fat or ready skin.
Season with salt and pepper and add a little garlic powder.
Add the juice of 1 lemon.
Mix well and let rest for about 30 minutes.
After that time, we go through beaten egg and grated bread to bread our partridge breasts.
We put a pot with plenty of extra virgin olive oil on the fire and let it heat up.
We are frying the breaded partridge breasts in batches, browning on both sides.
Drain well from oil, if necessary on absorbent kitchen paper.
We serve.

If we want to go a little further and make the recipe even richer, try stuffing the breasts with ham and cheese before breading, you will have a delicious bite.

Another option is to cover the partridge breasts with a tablespoon of thick béchamel and once we have had it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, bread and fry.
