Once our partridge breasts have been defrosted and cut into wide strips, making this recipe is very simple. The sweet and sour flavor of honey and mustard will make this dish an exquisite bite.

We can do the same recipe that we have made with the partridge breasts with any other meat. Some wild boar medallions, for example, are an extremely delicious dish.

Ingredients

To prepare the recipe for partridge breast strips with honey and mustard we will need the following ingredients:

500 gr of partridge breasts
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons mustard
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
1 glass of wine
Chicken soup
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves

Recipe preparation

Defrost the partridge breasts and cut into wide strips lengthwise.
We seal in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.
We booked.
In the same pan we put the chopped onion and the laminated garlic.
We make the sauce and add the wine at the end.
Let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the honey and mustard.
We bind well until everything is integrated.
Add the strips of partridge breasts.
Cover with chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
Let cook for 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat.
Raise the heat after that time and let the sauce reduce until it has a dense texture and a caramel color.
