Fresh parsley
1 lemon

Recipe preparation

Defrost the duck thighs.
Wash well and remove excess fat.
We open a little so that we have the finest and largest fillets.
We place in a tupperware or fountain.
We season.
Cut the garlic cloves into slices and add them to the mallard duck thighs.
Chop the fresh parsley and add it.
