The combination of pasta with meat is nothing new. There are endless recipes, each richer. Today’s recipe is different in that we are going to prepare these wholemeal macaroni with a garnish of vegetables, onion, pepper and mushrooms and for meat, we have chosen chopped venison in orza. We can also add the shredded daggerboard deer. As we like.

If we are not very fond of whole wheat pasta, we can prepare the recipe with normal pasta, be it macaroni, spaghetti, noodles, ribbons or the pasta that we like the most.

A simple and quick recipe to prepare that you will surely like a lot at home.

Ingredients

To prepare the recipe for wholemeal macaroni with venison in daggerboard we will need the following ingredients:

1 boat of deer in daggerboard
250 gr of wholemeal macaroni
1 onion
1 green pepper
12 mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
1 glass of wine

Recipe preparation

Put the deer in daggerboard to drain in a large colander
Peel the onion and chop it.
Chop the green pepper.
We put the onion and the pepper in a pan together with a bottom of extra virgin olive oil.
We take to the fire, medium low heat, so that the sauce is made.
We sliced the mushrooms.
When the onion is tender and transparent, add the mushrooms and sauté.
We incorporate the daggerboard deer that we have previously cut into cubes.
Season and add the wine.
Bring to a strong boil to evaporate the alcohol and reserve.
Cook the pasta in plenty of water with a little salt.
When the pasta is tender, drain and distribute on plates.
On the macaroni we distribute the deer in daggerboard with the vegetables.
We serve.

The little ones in the house will miss the fried tomato in this recipe. Without any problem you can add it if you prefer.

This wholemeal macaroni dish with venison in lard is a fairly balanced dish, healthy, wholesome and very rich. Very simple to make this recipe that has no complications. The preparation time is not excessive, so it is a recipe that we can use in those moments in which we have little time to prepare to eat, but we want to make a dish full of flavor.
