6 potatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

We take it to the oven, 170 degrees, until the potatoes are tender. Around 45 to 50 minutes or more. It will depend on the thickness of the potatoes and the power of our oven.
When the potatoes are ready, we take them out of the oven and prepare the fillets.
Put a little extra virgin olive oil in the pan.
When hot, add the fillets and season with salt and pepper. Add some garlic powder.
Brown the fillets on both sides.
Distribute the potatoes among the plates that we are going to serve and place the fillets on top of the potatoes.
Add the juice from the pan where we have prepared the fillet.
We serve.
