Simple and quick appetizer to prepare. It doesn’t require cooking anything, just boiling an egg, that’s all. We are going to use all the other ingredients without having to cook them and we will obtain a delicious appetizer.

The pickled partridge, well drained so that it mixes well with the avocado and the egg is a delicious filling that, placed in little baskets, is the perfect snack.

Ingredients

1 basket tray
1 ripe avocado
1 boiled egg
Pickled partridge well drained
mayonnaise

Recipe preparation

We put the partridge to drain in a colander, we will press so that it releases all the marinade.
We put the egg to cook. We cool and peel.
Peel the avocado, removing the bone and transferring all the pulp to a bowl.
With a fork we are going to crush and add the partridge.
Mix well and add the chopped egg.
