Pickled partridge is an ideal preserve to use in salads. Simple preparation, nothing to cook and everything is assembled in a short time. With this pickled partridge salad, with lettuce, avocado and asparagus, we will have a quick dinner to prepare, simple and very tasty.
Ingredients

To prepare the recipe for pickled partridge salad with lettuce, avocado and white asparagus we will need the following ingredients:

1 boat of pickled partridge
1 romaine lettuce
1 can of white asparagus
2 avocados
fine salt
mayonnaise
Seeds to decorate

Recipe preparation

Chop and wash the lettuce well. Drain well and distribute among four plates.
We open the avocados in half, remove the bone and peel.
We place each avocado half on each plate, in the center, with the hole in the bone facing up.
Drain the pickled partridge well.
Divide between the four plates, putting the pickled partridge filling the avocados.
Drain the asparagus and chop. We split between the four salads.
We put a little fine salt and some threads of manohesa.
Decorate with an assortment of seeds.
We serve.

Conclution

A very simple salad that we can make to our liking. We can replace the romaine type lettuce with scallops, lettuce hearts or assorted lettuce leaves.

We can replace the mayonnaise with the classic vinaigrette dressing; extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.

We can put more ingredients if we wish. Some pitted olives would be an ingredient to take into account.
