closing / conclusion

As the video says, these baskets filled with mallard duck paté can be served with caramelized onion, previously caramelized mango, with any fruit we have or like or even with jam. The important thing is that the sweet and salty contract remains.

If we want to make the bite even smaller, instead of baskets we can use small biscuits with a bit of mallard duck pâté and a pinch of jam or some chopped walnuts. A very tasty bite. Remember that these baskets have to be prepared just when we are going to serve them. Preparing these baskets in advance will only keep the baskets moist and they would lose the crunchy touch that makes these baskets a special snack.
