1 or 2 onions
4 garlic cloves
2 peppers
2 carrots
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
1 glass of red or rioja wine
Oregano, thyme, rosemary, any aromatic herb that we like
1 or 2 bay leaves

Peel and cut the onion into pieces.

In a pan we put a bottom of extra virgin olive oil and we begin to make the onion and garlic sauce, over low heat.

We continue making the sauce over low heat and when it is ready we crush it well in the blender glass.

Put the crushed sauce in the pan and add the meatballs and the red or Rioja wine.
Bring to a boil and lower the heat again.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the aromatic herbs that we like the most.

Peel the carrots and chop. Add the carrots to the pan where we have the meatballs and add a little water.
We mix everything and let cook, over low heat and with the lid on, until the carrots are tender.
We rectify salt if necessary.
