The wild boar loin is a whole piece that, if we cut it well, we get some fine fillets that are ideal for garlic.

Garlic, parsley and oregano, all together with a good wine, is the perfect mix to enjoy spectacular steaks.

We can make this same recipe with any game meat, be it deer, fallow deer, wild boar, etc.

It does not require much time or much work. If we want to prepare this same recipe, but with the whole piece of meat, and then, once cooked, cut it into fillets, we can do it without problems, only I recommend giving the last cooking blow in a closed pressure cooker so that the meat remains totally cute. Using the Crock Pot is also a great option.

Ingredients

To prepare the recipe for wild boar fillets with garlic we will need the following ingredients:

1 wild boar loin cut into thin fillets
1 head of garlic
Oregano
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
1 large glass of wine
Fresh parsley

Recipe preparation

Cut the wild boar loin into thin fillets, season with salt and pepper and reserve.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them together with a bunch of parsley. Add a little oregano to the mix.
To a large frying pan we add a bottom of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the fillets and garlic with the parsley and oregano
We gild on both sides.
Add the wine and bring to a strong boil to evaporate the alcohol. We lower the heat below and let all the liquid evaporate.
We check that the meat is tender.

With the wild boar, these steaks are crazy. Rich, tender, juicy. All that can be said about them is little. We can enjoy it on a plate or in sandwiches. Both ways are very tasty.
