There is nothing more simple and helpful than a pasta dish. Macaroni can go from being a simple dish to being a spectacular dish that everyone will enjoy eating. The difference lies in the ingredients that we put when serving the pasta.

On this occasion we have prepared the macaroni and tomato with a wild boar loin that made them tremendously tasty. I assure you that they will wipe the dishes. Everyone will be more than delighted with this recipe.

We will cut the wild boar loin into cubes, more or less as big as we like. In this recipe we are inclined to cut the cubes small, but with a slightly larger size, the meat is also very juicy.

Ingredients

To prepare the recipe for macaroni with wild boar loin we will need the following ingredients:

300 gr of macaroni
250 gr of wild boar loin
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
1 glass of Oloroso wine
Salt
Ground pepper
Oregano
Thyme
1 large can of natural crushed tomato

Recipe preparation

Chop the wild boar loin and reserve it.
Chop the onion and slice the garlic cloves.
Put the onion and garlic in a casserole together with a bottom of extra virgin olive oil.
We make the sauce over medium heat.
When the onion is transparent, add the chopped wild boar loin and sauté well until the meat is browned.
Add the oloroso wine, season with salt and pepper and add the oregano and thyme.
Mix and bring to a strong boil to evaporate the alcohol.
Add the can of natural crushed tomato and mix.
We put on a low heat for about 20 minutes, so that the tomato is fried and the meat is finished getting tender.
We will remove from time to time.
Cook the macaroni in abundant salted water and when they are tender, drain them.
We overturn the macaroni to the casserole where we have the wild boar with the tomato sauce.
We mix and rectify salt if necessary.
We boil for a few minutes over medium heat.

Conclusion

I can assure you that macaroni and tomato were never richer. Wild boar meat was perfectly integrated into this recipe. It stood out enough to turn the dish into a real delicacy that both children and adults will like.
