Preparation time: 3 hours

If there is something to appreciate deer meat, it is being cooked with a good extra virgin olive oil, a good red wine and a stir-fry of vegetables. The celery gives our deer meat a very rich flavor that will further enhance, if possible, the flavor of the deer meat.

Over low heat, as this type of meat has traditionally been cooked. There is no need to be in a hurry. The chup chup of the sauce, the little bubbles of that slow cooking peeking out of every corner of our casserole. The smell will fill our house first, and then the taste will fill our palate.

The gnocchi will give this dish a different texture, especially to the sauce, because it will thicken it in such a way that it will leave it honeyed and very rich.
