1 can of partridge pâté from Artemonte
1/2 pippin apple
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon of sugar

we start cooking

First we wash and peel the apple. Next we cut it into small squares. Heat a small skillet over medium heat with margarine until the margarine melts.

Sauté the apple over low heat and sprinkle the sugar over the apple, continue stirring until the sugar mixes well with the apple and it caramelizes.
