This recipe requires time and finesse, so we recommend that you select your best music and enjoy cooking, the result will be one of the best gourmet hamburgers.

for the hamburger

800 gr Artemonte deer meat.

A light, tasty meat, with a very low fat and cholesterol content. Discover all our hamburgers in our online store, free shipping from 30 euros.

To obtain all the flavor of this delicious meat, we must cook it over medium-low heat so that it is toasted on the outside and the meat is juicy on the inside, that is, “to the point”.

for the bread

150 grams of flour
2 grams of salt
8 grams of sugar
10 gr of fresh yeast
20 grams of Butter
6 grams of milk
2 eggs

The first step to prepare our artisan bread is to mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then we let the dough hermetically covered hydrate. Then we place our dough on the table and make 3 or 4 folds, cut into buns of approximately 100 gr and form balls. When we have all the desired balls, we place them on the oven tray and paint the mixture of egg, milk and sugar. Let them ferment until they double their size. We paint again with the gold and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

For the potato wedges

400 grams of potatoes
50 gr Onion
2 teaspoons of garlic
250 ml Fried tomato
with sweet paprika
w/n Chilli

To accompany our hamburger we are going to prepare some delicious potato wedges. The first thing we will do is wash the skin of the potatoes well with a sponge and cut into wedges. Prepare a container to boil the potatoes for one minute and drain them, then fry them in plenty of olive oil when serving until golden brown.

For the old-fashioned mustard sauce

1 carrot
1 zucchini
125 ml of Cream
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons of old mustard
1 leek

The small detail of our burger will be the old mustard sauce. We tend to chop the carrot and zucchini in brunoise and the leek into small slices. Then we add a tablespoon of common mustard, with cream and two tablespoons of old mustard and let it reduce.

Now you just have to relax and enjoy the delicious taste of this deer burger with the best company.
